WORK WITH ME
You could be leading your business, instead of wearing every hat in it.
Start with the business. Then build what it actually needs.
I don’t begin with software.
Before I configure, automate, document, or rebuild something, I want to understand what the work is supposed to accomplish, how it happens today, where it gets stuck, what information matters, and who actually needs to own what.
From there, we decide what should be built, changed, preserved, simplified, or removed.
I’ll do the homework I can without you and bring you in where your context or judgment matters.
You shouldn’t have to clean everything up before I arrive, and you shouldn’t have to project-manage me once I’m there.
The work depends on what the business needs.
Sometimes there’s a system that needs to be built. Sometimes something that already exists needs to be cleaned up, reworked, or connected properly. And sometimes the real need is simply having someone capable of taking ownership of the work and moving it forward.
That can include:
- CRM and project management systems
- workflows and operational processes
- automation and AI implementation
- client journeys and service delivery systems
- dashboards, documentation, and information structure
- systems cleanup and restructuring
- implementation leadership and project ownership
- ongoing systems and operational support
The engagement should fit the work.
- Defined projects
- For work with a clear outcome and enough definition to scope it properly.
- Hourly engagements
- For evolving, investigative, technical, or open-ended work where the actual effort becomes clearer as we get into it.
- Ongoing support
- For businesses that need continued systems, implementation, or operational ownership rather than a single finished project.
